There are two settings in the POS that affect how online orders are handled:
Action on Online Orders on this Terminal – controls whether a terminal can accept online orders.
Display Online Orders on this Terminal – controls whether online orders are shown in the Orders list on that terminal.
Action on Online Orders on this Terminal
To receive and process online orders from Make It Butter or third-party platforms (Grubhub, UberEats, DoorDash, Slice), you must enable this setting on one POS terminal.
Important: Only one terminal per location can have this setting enabled at a time. If switching to a different terminal, ensure the setting is disabled on the original terminal before enabling it on the new one.
Display Online Orders on this Terminal
Enable this setting on any terminal where you want online orders to appear in the Orders list. This setting can be enabled on one or multiple terminals, depending on your preference. By default, it is enabled on the terminal set to accept online orders.
