For Figure's Make It Butter website, you can use Custom Temporary Hours of Operations for any non-standard days like holidays. This feature is NOT synchronized with third party platforms such as Grubhub, UberEats or Doordash (learn more about synchronization with third parties in this article). For those, if you wish to use the Temporary Hours, the adjustments need to be done on their respective platforms.
For the upcoming holiday, whether you’ll be closed for an entire day or are just closing early, please read the guidance below.
UberEats
Modify Menu Hours for the Holidays:
1. In UberEats Manager, go to your Restaurant Dashboard, tap Settings > Holiday Hours.
2. From Uber Eats Manager, tap Settings > Holiday Hours OR from the app, navigate to the 'Holiday Hours' tab > 'Add More' button.
🗒️ Holiday hours must be uploaded in advance. For same-day changes, please upload changes before your menu hours open, or go offline before closing your store.
DoorDash
Special Store Hours:
1. In the Merchant Portal, navigate to the Store Availability tab.
2. Navigate to the bottom right section titled Special Hours and Closures.
3. Click 'Add New' to add a new special closure or modify specialty hours.
4. Schedule your upcoming special hours and closures by selecting one of the available options.
5. If you want to customize special hours and closures, select the date range for specialty hours or mark it as closed all day, and hit Save.
Grubhub
Custom Delivery or Pick Up Hours:
If you need to temporarily turn off your delivery or pickup but not both, use Custom Hours to do this.
1. Log in to your Grubhub for Restaurants account.
2. Select 'Create new' in the Custom Hours section.
3. Update your hours as necessary for your chosen date(s).
